Project 52

Project 52 is a year-long photo "project" that captures points in time (one every week) and combines them with words, to help tell a story for the year.  I learned of the idea many months ago after following Shawna's 2011 project at styleberryBLOG and could not wait to get started with our very own version in 2012.  It's a simple, yet very meaningful exercise that combines two of my favorite things-- my family and taking photos (of my family!)  The goal is to print all 52 photos/captions in a book and have it share with friends and family for years to come.

The theme of our Project 52 is "Our Family" and every Friday I'll be posting a new photo and a caption that is about, well, our family.  Sounds very simple, yes, but this is a very important year for the Eathertons as our family is growing and changing, so I thought that was the perfect theme to help narrate what 2012 will mean to us.

The best part of Project 52 is that there are so many other wonderful blogs that are participating; every week it will be fun to hop around and see what everyone is contributing.  Most of the blogs can be found on styleberryBLOG, but if you are doing your own Project 52, please post a comment below and I will link up to you as well.  I'll post as many of my photos on this Page as it'll allow, but if you want to follow along with our journey, just search "Project 52" on our blog.
