Spring Break with the Stetzers

My parents, Mike, and his girlfriend Mariel came to visit us at the beginning of March. The weather here had been gorgeous in Feb., so it only figured that it would take a bit of a dive when they were in town (just our luck!) Even though they couldn't spend the entire week in shorts, we managed to get out and about, and show them what life in Mountain View/the Bay Area is like for the Eatherton clan.

We covered a lot of ground in 6 days... we took them to the local farmer's market, Stanford's campus, the Oakland Zoo, Santa Cruz beach, and a few local parks and eateries. While Brady was in school, we even managed to spend a full day in San Francisco checking out the sites, as well as a rainy day in Sausalito. Brady couldn't get enough 24/7 attention and was sad to see them go (us too!) Here are a few photos from their trip.

Thursday Night Date Night

Brady and I usually have date night on Thursdays, when Daddy works late. Tonight, I shared him with Lyla (and Lyla's mom Jolie). She's such a doll!

As you can tell from the clothes, it was really nice out. 80 degrees!!

Don't Poke the Bear

Brady's friend Leo has been really sick, so yesterday morning, we decided to make him a little "get well" video. Brady came a little too close to the phone, so I put my hand up to stop him. Wait til you see our little fireball's reaction. Even though it further supports the fact that I am not receiving the Mother of the Year award anytime soon, I had to share because it is just so darn hilarious!
